Commerce Casino Unveils Makeover With Plush New Carpet and Chairs, Casino Services Desk And 60 Plasma TVs.

If you plan to spend a little of your Thanksgiving or Christmas/Hanukkah holiday vacation time playing at the tables at Commerce Casino, you'll be in for a little surprise. The casino has undergone a transformation just in time for the holidays and February's LA Poker Classic and WPT Celebrity Invitational.

The decor has been revitalized with fresh new paint in the lovely casino palette of purple, cornflower blue and gold, against a cream background. Plush new carpet has been installed throughout. Extended play chairs, with comfortable backs and cushioned seats are now in place at every table on both casino levels. The second floor area, formerly the hotel ballroom, is now converted to permanent live gaming tables and a new cashier has been added. (This area also continues as the main tournament room.) And for those who love their sports and financial news, there are now 60 Pioneer Plasma TVs displayed on the casino walls, tuned to the ESPN, Fox Sports, CNN and more!

The concierge has morphed into a new enlarged and enhanced Casino Services Desk that will continue to provide tournament registration, directions to regional attractions, dinner reservations and more, but it will also now be the central sign-up for table play. The whole remodel took five months without inconveniencing Commerce Casino's valued customers.
